Start by diving your 1 pound pizza dough into about 10 equal pieces.
On a floured surface, roll the dough out.
Cut your 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese pieces smaller than the dough pieces.
Fold the edges up so that the dough is closed around the cheese.
Place the dough on the air fryer tray.
In a small bowl, mix the melted 3 tablespoons Butter, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and minced 1 teaspoon garlic. Using a pastry brush, brush the butter mixture over the dough.
Sprinkle with the 4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Set into the air fryer, set cook time for 8-10 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting. Remove when browned.
Serve with a side of 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
