Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can Manwich any type
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Start by spraying your air muffin tin with cooking spray. Then add your biscuit dough, being careful to press the dough into the sides so that you create a cup. Place your muffin tin into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, until they are golden brown.

  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, add your ground beef and diced onions. Saute until your meat is fully cooked, add in your Sloppy Joe Sauce, and cook until the mixture is hot about 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from the heat, and add about 1/4 cup to the biscuit cup. Add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of shredded cheese on top, and return the cups to the air fryer, and air fry at 1 to 2 minutes at 250 degrees F, air fryer setting, until the cheese is fully melted.
