  • 1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Start by placing your flour, salt, and pepper in one dish. Mix well.

  2. Then in another dish, put your olive oil.

  3. In another bowl, place the garlic, basil, and panko, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

  4. Dredge your chicken in the flour (so it is fully covered)

  5. Then dip it in the olive oil.

  6. Then dip it in the panko, so the entire chicken tender is covered in panko.

  7. Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray. This will ensure that the chicken doesn't stick.

  8. As you finish covering the chicken tenders in the panko, place them in the air fryer basket.

  9. Set your air fryer basket to 370 degrees for 7 minutes.  After 7 minutes, flip the tenders and set the timer for another 7 minutes.

  10. Check your chicken with a meat thermometer. Once fully cooked, remove from the air fryer basket.

  11. Plate, serve, adn enjoy!
