In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, cornmeal, baking soda and salt.
Slowly pour in buttermilk and molasses and mix until dough forms. Gently fold in raisins
Turn dough out onto a floured surface a knead for a few minutes.
Grease the sides of the air fryer basket and line bottom with parchment paper. Place dough into the air fryer basket on top of the parchment paper and score the top with a sharp knife.
Set the air fryer to 350˚F, air fryer setting, and cook for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted into the centre and comes out clean.
Remove bread from air fryer. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing in pieces.
