Description

Do you love the taste of fresh seafood but aren't keen on all that hassle associated with cooking it? If so, then this recipe for Air Fryer Bacon and Crab Rolls may be just what your looking for! These rolls are simple to make - they only take about 10 minutes total once they're ready. Plus because everything is cooked in one dish using an air fryer there's no need washing up afterwards either; instead enjoy succulent bacon bits and juicy crabmeat filling in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces canned crab, drained
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10-12 strips bacon, center cut

Instructions

  • Start by soaking your toothpick into cold water for about 10 minutes, and this will help prevent charring. Add the crab meat, tomato sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well.
  • Roll the dough into two tablespoons of oval shapes, press hard, so the crab mixture keeps the shape. Tightly wrap the bacon around the crab mixture, then use toothpicks to hold the mix together.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then add your bacon-wrapped crab rolls. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 9 to 12 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
