Description

Enjoy homemade PF Chang's Teriyaki Chicken with tender chicken pieces coated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce. Quick, easy, and perfect for weeknight meals!

Ingredients 

Chicken Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

PF Chang's Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients:

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, about 2 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

For Garnish:

  • Sliced green onions
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Pat chicken pieces dry and toss with olive oil or spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  • While the chicken cooks, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.
  • Toss the cooked chicken with the teriyaki sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately over steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.
