Description

Pepperoni Pierogy Pizza Casserole is a quick and easy air fryer recipe that combines cheesy mini pierogies, savory pizza sauce, and your favorite pizza toppings for a family-friendly comfort food mashup.

Ingredients 

  • 12.84 ounces frozen mini pierogies, thawed (such as Mrs. T’s 4 Cheese)
  • 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, mini, or diced
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons black olives, chopped (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons green pepper, optional, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F for 2–3 minutes.
  • Layer the thawed mini pierogies in an air fryer-safe casserole dish.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pierogies.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni, and grated Parmesan.
  • Place the casserole dish in the air fryer basket.
  • Set cook time for10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and edges are golden.
  • Carefully remove the dish and garnish with basil, olives, green pepper, or your favorite toppings.
