Ingredients
1⅓cupsself-rising flour
1cupplain Greek yogurt, full-fat preferred
½cupbrown sugar, packed
¼cupgranulated sugar
1tablespoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute. Divide into 4 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a 5- to 7-inch rope and pinch ends together to form a bagel.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Press the top of each bagel into the cinnamon sugar mixture, coating generously.
Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.

Instructions (Air Fryer)
Place parchment round in air fryer basket or spray lightly with cooking spray.
Prepare bagels as directed above through step 5.
Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown. Work in batches so bagels don't touch.
