Description

Creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy — this easy 5-minute copycat Outback remoulade is perfect for seafood, fries, sandwiches, and Bloomin' Onion.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional, for more kick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve with Bloomin' Onion, seafood, fries, or grilled meats.
