4boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1cupall-purpose flour
2large eggs, beaten
1cupbreadcrumbs
1/2cupParmesan cheese, grated
3/4cupheavy cream
4clovesgarlic , minced
1/4cupwhite wine
1/2teaspoonKosher salt, to taste
1/4teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
1tablespoonFresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Dredge chicken slices in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken slices in the basket without overlapping and spray with cooking spray. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping midway, until golden and cooked through.
