Ingredients
2salmon fillets
1cupcherry tomatoes, diced
1/4cupfresh basil, chopped
2clovesgarlic, minced
2tablespoonsbalsamic glaze
1tablespoonolive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the olive oil and set aside.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Optionally, brush with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Once the salmon is cooked, place each fillet on a plate. Spoon the prepared tomato-basil mixture generously over the top of the salmon.
