Creamy, frothy, and bursting with citrus, this Ninja Slushi Orange Julius recipe is an easy homemade copycat of the mall classic — made with just orange juice, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
Ingredients
3cupsorange juice, 720 ml orange juice, chilled (or reconstituted orange juice concentrate for bolder flavor)
1½cupswhole milk, 360 ml
¼cupgranulated sugar, 50 g
1tablespoonpure vanilla extract
2tablespoonsheavy cream, optional, for extra creaminess
Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Mix the base. In a bowl or pitcher, whisk together the orange juice, milk, sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream (if using) until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Fill the vessel. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi vessel, keeping it between the minimum and maximum fill lines.
Churn. Close the lid, select the Slushi preset, and press start. Let it churn until it reaches a thick, frosty slush consistency.
Serve. Dispense into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes
Use chilled ingredients for the smoothest, fastest slush.
Do not omit the sugar entirely — it helps the base freeze to slush.
For a stronger, more classic flavor, use orange juice concentrate.
Make it dairy-free with oat or almond milk; keep the sugar so it still slushes.
