Notes
Use 100% pineapple juice — the Ninja Slushi needs at least 4% sugar to freeze properly, and light or no-sugar-added juices can trigger the low-sugar alert. Start with refrigerator-cold juice to cut the freeze time significantly. To scale: keep the ratio at about 1 envelope per 32 ounces of juice. Use 2 cups juice with ½ envelope for a small batch, or 8 cups with 2 envelopes for a full 64-ounce batch. Not dairy-free — Dream Whip contains sodium caseinate, a milk protein.
