Description

Make tender, flavorful Korean BBQ Ribs in your Ninja Foodi! This easy recipe delivers juicy ribs with a bold, savory-sweet glaze—perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork ribs
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup mirin
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ cup gochujang sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Set your ribs in your Ninja Foodi and set aside. Whisk the remaining ingredients together until smooth and homogenous.
  • Pour the sauce over your ribs and then pressure cook your ribs on high for 35 minutes. Let your pressure cooker naturally release pressure for 10 minutes and then quickly release the rest.
  • Remove your ribs from the Ninja Foodi and set your Ninja Foodi to sauté on high. Heat the sauce for about 10 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
  • Brush the thickened sauce over your ribs or serve them on the side.

Equipment

  • Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker
  • Tongs

Notes

Notes:
  • This recipe makes enough sauce that you can cook up twice as many ribs if you’d like. You can only fit up to 3 pounds of ribs in your instant pot though, so you’ll need to cook them in batches. You can leave the sauce in the pot until your second rack of ribs is finished cooking.
  • These ribs are great garnished with some red pepper flakes or chopped green onions.
  • If you want to make your ribs a little more spicy you can add 3 tablespoons of sriracha sauce or 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
  • If you want to give your ribs a little bit of a “crunch” on the outside then you can clean your pot and air fry your ribs for 5 minutes at 390.
  • You can store any leftover ribs in the fridge for up to 5 days. Keep them in an airtight container. Reheat your ribs in the microwave for about 1 minute or until hot.
  • You can store your sauce in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat your sauce on the stovetop over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
