Description

Juicy, flavorful Ninja Foodi Grill Boneless Chicken Thighs cooked quickly to golden perfection. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients 

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, teaspoon
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to 375 degrees F on the Grill setting.
  • Season the 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons olive oil s1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Prepare the sauce by whisking together 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, and 1 clove garlic.
  • After cooking, brush the honey Dijon sauce over the chicken.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
