Juicy, flavorful Ninja Foodi Grill Boneless Chicken Thighs cooked quickly to golden perfection. Perfect for easy weeknight dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs

olive oil

Dijon mustard

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to 375 degrees F on the Grill setting.
Season the
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
with
2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
.
Grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Prepare the sauce by whisking together
