Notes
Notes:
When trimming your asparagus, you can either break the ends off with your hands where they naturally want to or use a pair of kitchen shears to cut the ends off.
If you don’t have chicken broth, then you can use 3 cups of water and a tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder.
If you have fresh garlic, then you can use 2 cloves of freshly minced garlic.
You can use an immersion blender instead of a blender if you’d like. Make sure you blend the soup until smooth.
Adding cream to this soup helps make it a little richer and smoother.
