Ingredients
1poundground chicken
1tablespoongarlic powder
½tablespoonground ginger
1 ½tablespoonssoy sauce
¼cupchicken broth
2cupstri-color cabbage
Instructions
Turn on your Ninja Foodi’s saute function and add the ground chicken, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks until it's no longer pink in the middle.
Add the soy sauce, chicken broth, and cabbage. Stir the mixture frequently and allow it to cool for 10 more minutes, or until the cabbage has softened.
Serve and enjoy!

You can substitute the soy sauce with coconut aminos. This is a great gluten free option that tastes exactly the same.
For some extra flavor you can add a tablespoon of rice vinegar to your dish. Just add it at the same time as the soy sauce and cabbage.
We like to use tri-color cabbage that has carrots included, but if you can't get a hold of that you can add ½ cup of shredded carrots to the recipe.
You can store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container. You should reheat a bowl of leftovers in the microwave for about 45 seconds, stirring halfway through. You can add 30 seconds as needed until the food is warmed to your liking.
You can garnish your egg roll bowls with some finely chopped green onions or chives.
