Description

Juicy, garlic-butter steak bites with a perfect crispy sear, made entirely in the Ninja Crispi glass air fryer. Ready in about 20 minutes with almost no cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Pat the steak cubes very dry with paper towels. Dry meat is the key to a crisp sear instead of steaming. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Toss the cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder until evenly coated. Marinate 15–30 minutes if time allows.
  • Arrange the steak bites in a single layer on the crisper plate inside the glass container. Don't crowd them — cook in batches if needed.
  • Cook on Max Crisp at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking the container at the halfway point. Aim for 8 minutes for medium, 10 for medium-well.
  • In the last 2 minutes, add the butter and minced garlic and toss to coat. Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Equipment

  • Ninja Crispi
  • Tongs

Notes

Pat the steak very dry before seasoning — it's the single biggest factor for a crispy sear. Pull the bites about 5°F before your target doneness; they keep cooking while resting. Use the Crispi's Recrisp function (2–3 min) to revive leftovers instead of the microwave.
