Description

This Ninja Crispi pork tenderloin comes out juicy inside with a golden, seared crust — all from one glass container. The crisper plate drains the juices so every side browns, and it's on the table in about 35 minutes. Written around the PowerPod's Air Fry and Max Crisp modes, with the exact 145°F pull temp.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, silver skin trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme, optional

Instructions

  • Trim the silver skin from the tenderloin and pat it very dry with paper towels.
  • Rub all over with olive oil, then coat evenly with the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. Press so the rub sticks.
  • If the tenderloin doesn't lie flat, cut it in half crosswise. Place on the crisper plate in the 4-quart glass container with space between the pieces.
  • Set the PowerPod to Air Fry and cook 16–18 minutes, turning once at the halfway point.
  • Switch to Max Crisp for a final 2–3 minutes to build the crust (optional).
  • Pull the pork at 145°F internal temperature (or 140°F and let it climb during the rest). Rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.

Equipment

  • Ninja Crispi
  • Tongs

Notes

  • Pull at 140–145°F and rest a full 5 minutes — this is the difference between juicy and dry on a lean cut.
  • The standard Ninja Crispi has no temperature dial, so this recipe is written around time and internal temperature. Use an instant-read thermometer.
  • Don't crowd the container; two half-pieces with airflow between them brown better than one crammed-in loin.
  • Glaze late — brush honey or Dijon on only in the last 2–3 minutes, since sugar scorches under Max Crisp.
  • Leftovers: refrigerate in the same container up to 4 days; reheat sliced on Recrisp for 2–3 minutes.
