Set the crisper plate in the 4-quart glass container and wipe it with the oil.
Add the frozen wings. They'll be clumped together — that's expected. Do not season yet.
Attach the PowerPod, select MAX CRISP, set 10 minutes, and press START.
Lift the PowerPod off. Separate the wings and spread them into a single layer. Pour off any liquid that has collected in the bottom of the container.
Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder if using. They'll be damp, so everything sticks.
Replace the PowerPod and run MAX CRISP for 12 more minutes, shaking or flipping once at the 6-minute mark.
Check the internal temperature at the thickest part of a drumette. Wings are safe at 165°F but best at 180–185°F. Add 3 minutes and re-check if needed.
Transfer the wings to a large bowl, add the sauce, and toss to coat. Serve right away.
