Description

Easy Ninja Crispi Breakfast Casserole loaded with eggs, cheese, and hearty breakfast favorites. A simple make-ahead meal perfect for busy mornings or weekend brunch.

Ingredients 

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, or blend
  • 4 ounces Breakfast Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Dice your potatoes, bell peppers, and onion. Cook breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add the cooked sausage, vegetables, potatoes, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Set your Ninja Crispi to the bake/air crisp function at 350°F. Lightly grease the basket or use parchment paper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared basket and cook for 20–25 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden brown.
