In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the softened cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour the vanilla ice cream mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for about 24 hours or until fully frozen.
Once the base is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer and process it using the "Ice Cream" setting on the Ninja Creami.
After processing, make a small well in the center and add the chopped pecans, caramel pieces (or sauce), and chocolate chunks (or syrup). Gently fold in the mix-ins using a spoon or process them using the "Mix-In" setting on the Ninja Creami.
Scoop the ice cream into a cup or bowl. Top with whipped cream, extra caramel drizzle, chocolate syrup, and more pecans as desired.
