Description

This Ninja Creami Toffee Ice Cream recipe creates a rich, creamy dessert packed with buttery toffee flavor and sweet caramel notes. It's the perfect homemade treat for summer—easy to prep, totally indulgent, and ready to impress!

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 3/4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Toffee Bits
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Sauce, optional

Instructions

  • Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for 3-5 minutes. Then add it to a large bowl, and mix in the vanilla extract and granulated sugar; mix well.
  • Slowly fold in the milk, heavy cream, and caramel and mix well.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture into the Ninja Creami Pint Container, ensuring it does not exceed the max fill line.
  • Cover the container with a pint lid and place it into the freezer for 24 hours.
  • Remove the pint container from the freezer, and place it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Lock the pint container into place, following the manufacturer's instructions. Press the "Ice Cream Button" to allow the ice cream machine to finish processing the ice cream.
  • Remove the pint container from the Creami Machine, and serve with toffee bits and chocolate sauce on top. Or, if you wish, depending on what machine you have, you can add the toffee bits, press the mix-in button, and then serve.
