In a blender or food processor, combine 1 cup peanut butter, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup milk, and 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for at least 24 hours or until solid.
Once frozen, remove the mixture from the container and break it into chunks.
Place the chunks into the Ninja Creami bowl and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the mixture reaches a creamy texture.
Scoop the protein ice cream into bowls or cones.
Optionally, garnish with a drizzle of peanut butter, diced Reese's, or a sprinkle of chopped peanuts for extra flavor.
Store any leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer. Re-process in the Ninja Creami if it becomes too hard.
