Ingredients
1 ¼cupwhole milk, or 2% for a lighter option
1/2cupheavy cream
1/4cuppistachio pudding mix, dry, not prepared
Instructions
In the Ninja pint bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, and dry pistachio pudding mix. Whisk thoroughly until the sugar and pudding mix are completely dissolved.
Secure the lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the Ninja Creami machine. Select the "Gelato" function and churn until smooth.
If the gelato appears crumbly, add a small splash of milk and use the "Re-mix" function until it reaches a creamy texture.
Serve immediately for soft, fresh gelato, or freeze for a firmer consistency.
