If you love ice cream, you will love this peanut butter ice cream in the Ninja Creami. This recipe is one of my favorites, and there is nothing better for any peanut lover!
Ingredients
2tablespoonspowdered peanut butter
1/3cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupwhole milk
3/4cupheavy cream
1/4teaspoonsalt, optional
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter powder, heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk the ingredients together until fully combined and smooth.
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Place the lid on the container and freeze it for at least 24 hours to ensure it is completely solid.
After freezing, remove the container from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami machine. Select the "Ice Cream" function and let the machine process the mixture until it transforms into smooth, creamy peanut butter ice cream.
If you want to add mix-ins like chocolate chips or crushed peanuts, use the "Mix-In" function after the initial ice cream cycle is complete.
Scoop the freshly made peanut butter ice cream into bowls or cones, and enjoy your delicious homemade treat!
