Make a creamy, chocolatey Dairy Queen Mocha MooLatte at home with your Ninja Creami. Easy, indulgent, and topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients
3cupsbrewed coffee, cooled
2cupswhole milk,
¾cupgranulated sugar,
½cupchocolate syrup,
2teaspoonsvanilla extract,
3cupsvanilla ice cream, or chocolate
Whipped cream, optional, for topping
Chocolate drizzle, optional, for garnish
Instructions
Brew a strong pot of coffee and let it cool completely. Strong coffee works best to balance the sweetness of the chocolate and ice cream.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 cups brewed coffee, 2 cups whole milk, ¾ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup chocolate syrup and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mocha base into a Ninja Creami pint container. Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours to ensure it sets properly.
Once frozen, place the pint into your Ninja Creami machine. Run the Ice Cream function to churn it into a rich and creamy consistency.
If you prefer a thicker Dairy Queen-style MooLatte, create a small well in the center and add 3 cups vanilla ice cream. Run the Mix-In function to combine.
Scoop into a tall glass or mug. Top with Whipped cream and a Chocolate drizzle for the authentic DQ finish.
