1 1/2cupsoat milk , or your favorite non-dairy milk
4tablespoonsinstant vanilla pudding mix
1/2cupcoconut cream
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the 1 1/2 cups oat milk , 4 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix, 1/2 cup coconut cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until the mixture is completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to the Ninja Creami pint container, secure the lid, and freeze flat for at least 24 hours.
Once frozen solid, place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” setting.
If the texture appears too crumbly after the first spin, add a splash of non-dairy milk and hit the “Re-Spin” button until smooth and creamy.
