Ingredients
1 ½cupsheavy cream ,
1 ½cupswhole milk –
¾cupgranulated sugar
1tspvanilla extract
⅛tspsalt
½cupraspberry preserves
½cuproasted cashews, roughly chopped
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups heavy cream , 1 ½ cups whole milk – , ¾ cup granulated sugar , 1 tsp vanilla extract and ⅛ tsp salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, cover with the lid, and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream function and process until smooth and creamy.
Use a spoon to create a small well in the center of the pint. Add the ½ cup raspberry preserves and chopped ½ cup roasted cashews, then select the Mix-In function to swirl everything together.
