Description

Enjoy rich, creamy Ninja Creami Chocolate Malt Ice Cream at home! Easy to make, perfectly chocolatey with classic malt flavor, this homemade dessert is a family favorite.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup malted milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, crushed malted milk balls, fudge swirl.

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, malted milk powder, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
  • Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Ice Cream function.
  • If the ice cream is crumbly, add a splash of milk and use the Re-spin function until creamy and smooth.
  • Scoop into bowls or cones. Optional: top with chocolate syrup, crushed malted milk balls, or whipped cream for an extra decadent treat.
