Make creamy, nutty, and indulgent Pralines n’ Cream ice cream at home with this Ninja Creami copycat recipe. Easy, no eggs, and just like Baskin Robbins!
Ingredients
1 1/2cupsHeavy cream,
1 1/2cupsWhole milk,
3/4cupGranulated sugar
2teaspoonsVanilla extract
1/2cupPraline pecans, chopped
1/2cupCaramel sauce
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream, 1 1/2 cups Whole milk, 3/4 cup Granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Transfer the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, leaving about ½ inch from the top. Seal with the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the Ice Cream function. Let the machine work its magic until the ice cream reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
Create a small well in the center of the ice cream. Add chopped 1/2 cup Praline pecans and drizzle 1/2 cup Caramel sauce Use the Mix-In function to fold them evenly throughout the ice cream.
