Description

Ingredients 

  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk,
  • 1 cup Heavy cream,
  • 2 cups Whole milk,
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract,
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate chip cookie dough pieces,

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon Salt. Whisk until smooth with no lumps.
  • Gradually mix in 1 cup Heavy cream and 2 cups Whole milk until fully incorporated. Ensure the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
  • Pour the ice cream base into a Ninja Creami pint container. Seal with the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours, making sure it’s fully frozen before processing.
  • Insert the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream” function. Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Make a small well in the center of the ice cream and add 1 cup Chocolate chip cookie dough pieces. Use the “Mix-In” function to fold them evenly throughout.
  • Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze an additional 10–15 minutes for firmer ice cream. Serve in bowls, cones, or with your favorite toppings.
