Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon Salt. Whisk until smooth with no lumps.
Gradually mix in 1 cup Heavy cream and 2 cups Whole milk until fully incorporated. Ensure the mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
Pour the ice cream base into a Ninja Creami pint container. Seal with the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours, making sure it’s fully frozen before processing.
Insert the frozen pint into your Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream” function. Process until smooth and creamy.
Make a small well in the center of the ice cream and add 1 cup Chocolate chip cookie dough pieces. Use the “Mix-In” function to fold them evenly throughout.
