Ingredients
2cupsunsweetened almond milk
2tablespoonsvanilla protein powder
1tablespoonsugar-free banana pudding mix
2-3teaspoonssweetener , e.g., honey, maple syrup, or a sugar substitute
1teaspoonbanana extract, optional
1banana , sliced
4vanilla wafers, crushed (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl or blender, mix together the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free banana pudding mix, sweetener, and banana extract if using. Blend or whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Seal the container and freeze for at least 24 hours or until the mixture is completely solid.
Once the mixture is frozen solid, remove the pint container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Process according to the manufacturer’s instructions for ice cream.
