Description

Homemade Ninja Creami Baskin Robbins Copycat Nutty Coconut Ice Cream is creamy, nutty, and packed with coconut flavor. Easy to make, perfect for a sweet treat anytime!

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds, or Pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 1 cup Whole Milk, 1 cup Heavy Cream, 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, and 1 teaspoon Salt.. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture looks smooth.
  • Stir in the 1/2 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut so the coconut flavor is evenly distributed throughout the base.
  • Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Place the lid on and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream function and process until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Create a small well in the center of the ice cream and add the 1/4 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes and 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds. Run the Mix-In function to evenly distribute the crunchy toppings.
  • Serve immediately for the creamiest texture. Top with extra toasted coconut or nuts if you want an extra crunch in every bite.
