Homemade Ninja Creami Baskin Robbins Copycat Nutty Coconut Ice Cream is creamy, nutty, and packed with coconut flavor. Easy to make, perfect for a sweet treat anytime!
Ingredients
1cupWhole Milk
1cupHeavy Cream
1/3cupGranulated Sugar
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
1/2cupSweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4cupToasted Coconut Flakes
1/4cupChopped Almonds, or Pecans
1teaspoonSalt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 1 cup Whole Milk, 1 cup Heavy Cream, 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, and 1 teaspoon Salt.. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture looks smooth.
Stir in the 1/2 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut so the coconut flavor is evenly distributed throughout the base.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Place the lid on and freeze on a flat surface for at least 24 hours, or until completely solid.
Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Ice Cream function and process until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.
Create a small well in the center of the ice cream and add the 1/4 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes and 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds. Run the Mix-In function to evenly distribute the crunchy toppings.
Serve immediately for the creamiest texture. Top with extra toasted coconut or nuts if you want an extra crunch in every bite.
