Description

Make Longhorn Steakhouse-style Renegade Sirloin at home using the air fryer. Juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned steak in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 2 sirloin steaks, well-marbled cuts, 6–8 oz each.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil ,
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika ,
  • Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs – aromatic herbs for garnish.

Instructions

  • Pat the 2 sirloin steaksdry with paper towels. Brush both sides with 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Evenly season each steak with 1 tsp kosher salt , 1 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp garlic powder , and 1 tsp smoked paprika .
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Place steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway, depending on desired doneness (8–9 minutes for medium-rare, 10–12 minutes for medium).
  • Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  • Top with Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs – aromatic herbs for garnish. before serving.
  • Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
