Ingredients
2teaspoonsgarlic
2teaspoonsrosemary, fresh or dried rosemary
2teaspoonsparsley, fresh or dried parsley
2teaspoonsoregano, fresh or dried oregano
1teaspoonred pepper, crushed
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
4teaspoonsParmesan cheese, grated
1cupextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the r2 teaspoons rosemary, 2 teaspoons parsley2 teaspoons oregano,1 teaspoon red pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper
Add the chopped 2 teaspoons garlicand grated 4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese to the herb and spice mixture. Stir everything together until evenly combined.
Pour the 1 cup extra virgin olive oil into the bowl with the herb mixture. Stir to combine and allow the flavors to meld together for at least 10 minutes before serving.
