Ingredients
1teaspooninstant dry yeast
1teaspoonsugar
2/3cupswarm milk
1 to 1 ⅔cupsAll-Purpose Flour, plus extra for dusting
1teaspoonsalt
3tablespoonolive oil
4tablespoonbutter
8ouncescheese
1tbspitalian seasoning
Instructions
Combine the flour, sugar, salt, milk, and yeast into the bowl. Turn the dough out onto a clean, floured countertop.
Knead with your hands until smooth and an elastic dough forms (about 5-6 minutes).
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 1 ½ hours or until it has doubled. Divide the dough in equal size (about the size of a medium spoon)
Cut the cheese into cubes. Wrap each piece of dough around a piece of cheese.
Combine the butter and Italian herb seasoning in a small bowl.
Dip the dough balls in the melted butter and Arrange them in a prepared cast iron skillet. Brush any remaining butter over the top.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Put the rolls in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes. To loosen the pan, run a dull knife around the edges
