Ingredients 

  • 1 cup cold water, to bring the Instant Pot To Pressure
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup ice water, for ice bath, after cooking eggs

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of cold water into the bottom of the Instant Pot liner.
  • Set a trivet or egg rack inside the pot. Arrange the eggs in a single layer on the rack.
  • Secure the lid, set the valve to Sealing, and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure.
  • Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Then peel and enjoy!
