Description

Homemade Honey Bunches of Oats Copycat Recipe – crunchy oat clusters, golden cornflakes, and a touch of honey. Easy, wholesome, and perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled oats ,
  • 2 cups Cornflakes ,
  • 1/3 cup Honey ,
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar ,
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil ,
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract ,
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon ,
  • 1/2 cup Almonds ,

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, and almonds. Stir to distribute evenly.
  • Melt the coconut oil and mix it with honey and brown sugar. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
  • Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet. This helps the clusters harden and achieve that perfect crunch.
  • Once the granola is fully cooled, gently fold in the cornflakes for extra crispiness.
  • Transfer to an airtight container. Enjoy with milk, yogurt, or as a snack anytime!

Equipment

  • Baking Pan
