Ingredients
16.3ouncesbrownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box, usually eggs, oil, and water
1/4cupmini marshmallows
1/4cupmini chocolate chips
1/4cupcolorful sprinkles, for topping
Toppings: Additional chocolate chips or candy, such as M&Ms for extra toppings
Instructions
Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box, adding the required eggs, oil, and water.
Stir the ingredients together until smooth and fully combined.
Lightly grease an 8x8-inch air fryer-safe pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper to ensure easy removal after baking.
Pour half of the prepared brownie batter into the pan.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
Pour the remaining batter on top, covering the marshmallows and chocolate chips completely.
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes at 320°F (160°C), checking for doneness. The brownies should be set but slightly soft in the center.
Once the brownies are done and have cooled slightly, sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the top for a fun cosmic touch.
Optionally, add extra chocolate chips or candy while the brownies are still warm for an extra gooey indulgence.
Let the brownies cool for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. This helps the marshmallows and chocolate set, creating clean slices.
Cut the brownies into squares and enjoy a chewy, gooey, and colorful treat that perfectly captures the essence of cosmic brownies!
