Ingredients
2piecesboneless, skinless chicken breast
1teaspoonsalt, for seasoning the chicken (To Taste)
1/2teaspoonblack pepper, for seasoning the chicken (To Taste)
1/2cupmayonnaise
1teaspoonlemon juice
1teaspoonsalt, for dressing
1/2teaspoonblack pepper, for dressing
1/2cupred apple, diced
1/2cuppecans, diced
1/4cupcelery, diced
1/4cupgrapes, diced
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Set the air fryer temperature to 375 degrees F (190°C) and set cook time for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix the air-fried chicken, diced apples, diced grapes, chopped pecans, and optional celery.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
