12large eggs
1/2cupmayonnaise
2teaspoonsyellow mustard
1teaspoonwhite vinegar
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonpaprika
1/4cupassorted toppings, bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, etc.
1cupice water, for the ice bath
Instructions
Set your air fryer temperature to 270 degrees F (130°C), no need to preheat.
Place 12 large eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set cook time for 15-17 minutes for fully hard-boiled eggs.
Remove the eggs and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water for 5–10 minutes. This stops cooking and makes peeling easier.
Gently peel the cooled eggs and slice each in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Mash the yolks with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon paprika over the filled eggs for color and a hint of smokiness. You can also add bacon, cheese, or diced jalapenos.
Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, then serve as a flavorful appetizer or snack.
