Description

Make Easy Texas Roadhouse Deviled Eggs with a rich, creamy, and tangy filling. Perfect for parties, snacks, or holiday gatherings, these quick and flavorful eggs are a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup assorted toppings, bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, etc.
  • 1 cup ice water, for the ice bath

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer temperature to 270 degrees F (130°C), no need to preheat.
  • Place 12 large eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set cook time for 15-17 minutes for fully hard-boiled eggs.
  • Remove the eggs and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water for 5–10 minutes. This stops cooking and makes peeling easier.
  • Gently peel the cooled eggs and slice each in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon paprika over the filled eggs for color and a hint of smokiness. You can also add bacon, cheese, or diced jalapenos.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, then serve as a flavorful appetizer or snack.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
