Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons miso paste,
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin, optional
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • If you like your sauce thicker, mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with water and slowly whisk it into the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Use immediately over your favorite protein, or let it cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
