Transform dessert into an appetizer with this Easy Snickers Cheese Ball! A delicious no-bake blend of cream cheese, caramel, and chopped Snickers bars perfect for any party.
Ingredients
8ozcream cheese, softened
1/4cuppowdered sugar
1apple, Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
3tablespoonscaramel ice cream topping, divided
3/4teaspoonlemon juice
1/8teaspooncinnamon
¼cuppecans, finely chopped
¼cupchocolate, finely chopped
Instructions
Peel and grate the 1 apple.
In a large bowl, beat the 8 oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup powdered sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add the shredded apple, 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce, 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in half of the chopped pecans and chocolate pieces.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface, scoop the mixture onto it, and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Remove the cheeseball from the fridge and set on a serving plate. Combine the remaining chopped pecans and chocolate, then press or sprinkle them evenly over the surface.
Drizzle the remaining caramel over the top and serve with apple slices or graham crackers for dipping.
