Creamy, cheesy, and a little spicy — this Easy Slow Cooker Jalapeño Popper Dip with bacon, cheddar, and jalapeños is perfect for parties, game day, or anytime snacking.
Ingredients
8ouncesbacon, cooked and crumbled
16ouncescream cheese, softened and cubed
1cupsour cream
2cupscheddar cheese, shredded
1cupMonterey Jack cheese, shredded
½cuppickled jalapeños, drained, diced
¼cupjalapeño juice, from the jar
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
Instructions
Cook 8 ounces bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
Add 16 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 2 cups cheddar cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, ½ cup pickled jalapeños, ¼ cup jalapeño juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon onion powder to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–1½ hours, stirring occasionally until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top just before serving.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
