Description

Creamy, cheesy, and a little spicy — this Easy Slow Cooker Jalapeño Popper Dip with bacon, cheddar, and jalapeños is perfect for parties, game day, or anytime snacking.

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños, drained, diced
  • ¼ cup jalapeño juice, from the jar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Cook 8 ounces bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
  • Add 16 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, 2 cups cheddar cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, ½ cup pickled jalapeños, ¼ cup jalapeño juice, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon onion powder to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–1½ hours, stirring occasionally until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top just before serving.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
