Description
Creamy, cheesy, and easy Slow Cooker Beer Cheese Dip made with cream cheese, cheddar, beer, and spices. Perfect for game day, parties, or snacks!
Ingredients
16
ounces
cream cheese
,
cubed and softened
3
cups
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¾
cup
beer
,
lager or ale
1
tablespoon
Dijon mustard
1
teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
teaspoon
smoked paprika
Scallions and crumbled bacon for topping
Instructions
Add
16 ounces cream cheese
to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
over the cream cheese.
Pour in
¾ cup beer
then add
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
,
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
,
½ teaspoon garlic powder
, and
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
.
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.
Stir well before serving and keep on warm, add
Scallions and crumbled bacon for topping
.
