Description

Creamy, cheesy, and easy Slow Cooker Beer Cheese Dip made with cream cheese, cheddar, beer, and spices. Perfect for game day, parties, or snacks!

Ingredients 

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup beer, lager or ale
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Scallions and crumbled bacon for topping

Instructions

  • Add 16 ounces cream cheese to the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the cream cheese.
  • Pour in ¾ cup beer then add 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes until smooth.
  • Stir well before serving and keep on warm, add Scallions and crumbled bacon for topping.
