Description

Easy Slow Cooker Bang Bang Chicken features tender chicken in a creamy, sweet, and slightly spicy sauce. Perfect for effortless family dinners served over rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, for garnish (optional

Instructions

  • Place the 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon garlic powder until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • Serve whole or use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix it into the creamy sauce.
  • Spoon over rice, noodles, or lettuce wraps and garnish with 2 tablespoons sliced green onions if desired.
