2poundsboneless, skinless chicken breasts
½cupmayonnaise
½cupsweet chili sauce
2tablespoonssriracha sauce, adjust to taste
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonssliced green onions, for garnish (optional
Instructions
Place the 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon garlic powder until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Serve whole or use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix it into the creamy sauce.
Spoon over rice, noodles, or lettuce wraps and garnish with 2 tablespoons sliced green onions if desired.
