Make simple, festive Peppermint Crunch Graham Crackers! This easy, no-bake recipe uses white chocolate and crushed candy canes for a delicious holiday treat.
Ingredients
10graham cracker sheets, broken into two squares each
10oz.white vanilla candy melts
10oz.milk chocolate candy melts
1/3cupcrushed peppermint, or crushed candy canes
Instructions
Melt the candy melts by microwaving for 30 second intervals, stirring well between, until melted.
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Dip the graham cracker squares into the melted candy to coat. Let the excess drip off before placing onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Quickly sprinkle crushed peppermint over top.
Allow these to set for 1 hour, or until candy is set.
