Description

Make simple, festive Peppermint Crunch Graham Crackers! This easy, no-bake recipe uses white chocolate and crushed candy canes for a delicious holiday treat.

Ingredients 

  • 10 graham cracker sheets, broken into two squares each
  • 10 oz. white vanilla candy melts
  • 10 oz. milk chocolate candy melts
  • 1/3 cup crushed peppermint, or crushed candy canes

Instructions

  • Melt the candy melts by microwaving for 30 second intervals, stirring well between, until melted.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Dip the graham cracker squares into the melted candy to coat. Let the excess drip off before placing onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Quickly sprinkle crushed peppermint over top.
  • Allow these to set for 1 hour, or until candy is set.
