Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
Pour the honey-orange glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat each fillet evenly.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the marinated salmon fillets from the refrigerator.
Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them to allow for even cooking.
Set cook time for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
If desired, sprinkle 1 teaspoon orange zest on the salmon for added flavor and texture.
