Make festive, creamy Easy Ninja Creami Peppermint Bark Ice Cream at home! Loaded with chocolate chunks and peppermint pieces, it’s the perfect holiday treat
Ingredients
16ounceswhole milk, (or 2% for a lighter texture)
1/2cuppeppermint coffee creamer
1/4cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsdry vanilla ice cream mix , or dry milk powder
1/4teaspoonpeppermint extract, optional, for extra minty flavor
2tablespoonsmini chocolate chips
2tablespoonspeppermint candies, crushed, or candy canes
Instructions
In your Ninja Creami pint container, combine the 16 ounces whole milk, 1/2 cup peppermint coffee creamer, 1/4 cup granulated sugar2 tablespoons dry vanilla ice cream mix (or dry milk powder), and 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract if using. Stir until all the sugar and powders are fully dissolved.
Secure the lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours, or until the mixture is completely solid.
Remove the frozen pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the Ninja Creami. Attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle and select the Ice Cream function.
Once churning is complete, fold in the 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips and crushed 2 tablespoons peppermint candies using the Mix-In function to distribute evenly.
Scoop and enjoy immediately for soft, creamy ice cream, or refreeze for a firmer, scoopable texture.
